∎Directions for Use
1. Cleaning: The substrate surface must be solid, dry, and be clean.Such as no dust, grease, asphalt, tar, paint, wax, rust, water repellent, curing agent, isolating agent, and film. Surface cleaning can be dealt with by removing, cutting, grinding, cleaning, blowing, and so on.
2.Operation: Put the sealant into the operating tool, then injecting it into the gap.
3.Reservation gap: The construction joint will expand as the temperature change, so the surface of the sealant should be lower than 2mm of the pavement after construction.
4. About maintenance time: At the standard state, the maintenance time is about 5 hours. It depends on the actual construction conditions. The standard state is that the temperature is 23±2℃, and the humidity is 55 ± 5%RH.

∎Attention of operation
1 .Don’t mix alcohol into the product, it will cause the product invalid. The tools with alcohol can’t be used before cleaning well.
2 .Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact with your skin, scrub first with soap water or alcohol, then rinse with water. If contact with your eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical treatment immediately.
3. It is forbidden to build on the surface of the wet substrate.
4. Transportation: Avoid damp, high temperature, isolation, and rain, far away from heat, handle with care, and prohibit extrusion collision.
5. Tools Cleaning: It can be soaked in toluene or xylene. It is strictly forbidden to immerse in alcohol and other alcohol solvents. If it is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned immediately with alcohol or other organic solvents. The cured glue can only be scraped or torn off.

Cleaning the Joints
The surface must be hard, dry and clean. The inside of the seam must be cleaned up by shoveling, cutting, polishing, sweeping and blowing.

Attention:

When stored at 5~25°C, humidity ≤50%RH in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 9 months from the date of production. Do not store at temp. over 25°C, humidity over 80%RH.
Transportation: moisture-proof, prevent the rain, prevent sunscreen, anti-high temperature, away from heat, handle with care, crush or collision is prohibited.

Tool: Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun

Cleaning: Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating.

Cut the nozzle to give the required angle and bead size

Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle

Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength

Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun

This product is innocuous after curing completely, but before curing, please avoids contacting with eyes and skin. In case of eyes and skin contact, wash immediately and thoroughly with soap and water. If the situation is serious, please go to see a doctor immediately.
