PU-323 is a one-component, low-modulus polyurethane sealant that cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity. It possesses excellent adhesion to all typical construction materials such as cement-based materials, brick, ceramic, glass, wood, galvanized and painted sheet iron, and various plastics.

● Sealing of expansion and settlement joint of house building, plaza, road, airport runway, anti-wall, bridges and tunnels, building doors and windows, etc.

● Sealing of upstream face crack of drainage pipeline, drains, reservoirs, sewage pipes, tanks, silos, etc.

● Sealing of through holes on the various wall and at floor concrete

● Sealing of joints of prefab, side fascia, stone and color steel plate, epoxy floor, etc.

Storage

When stored at 5~25°C, humidity ≤50%RH in the original unopened containers, this product has a usable life of 9 months from the date of production. Do not store at temp. over 25°C, humidity over 80%RH.

Transportation: moisture-proof, prevent the rain, prevent sunscreen, anti-high temperature, away from heat, handle with care, crush or collision is prohibited.

∎Directions for Use

Tool: Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun

1. Cleaning: Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating.

2. For cartridge

   1. Cut the nozzle to give the required angle and bead size

   2. Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle

   3. Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength

3. For sausage

   1. Clip the end of the sausage and place in barrel gun

   2. Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun

   3. Using the trigger extrude the sealant with equal strength

∎Attention of operation

1. Choose this product, primer, activator, and other matching product, must have a bonding test before bonding the materials, to ensure that they have good compatibility. At the same time, before application, should guarantee that the sealant, primer, and activator are in the warranty period.

2. Please strictly according to the application process, any violation of the application operation may cause bonding failure. This product is innocuous after curing completely, but before curing, please avoids contacting with eyes and skin. In case of eyes and skin contact, wash immediately and thoroughly with soap and water. If the situation is serious, please go to see a doctor immediately.

 

PU-323 Construction PU sealant is a high-performance compound having more expensive ingredients, little shrinkage, excellent weathering and UV resistance, and providing long service life cycles from 10 – 20 years.
