Low Modulus Multi-purpose MS Sealant MS-30
 
● MS-30 is one component multi-purpose and anti-sagging elastic MS sealant; cured by reacting with moisture in the air, to form a permanent elastomer. It’s silane-modified sealant with the advantages of polyurethane and silicone sealants. it is a flexible sealant widely recognized as with the best overall performance, can meet the needs of adhesive bonding
and flexible sealing for a variety of occasions.
∎Key Features
● Low VOC, no silicone, without bubbles while curing, with very little odor;
● Good wear-resistance, with a wide range of flexible bonding and durability, primer is not required;
● It can be painted, polished, bonded and repaired in a repeated manner;
● UV resistant, anti-aging and weathering resistance, flooding resistant and mould resistant;
●.Neutral Dealcoholize curing, no corrosion and pollution to substrates;
●Resistant to fresh water, sea water and usually water-based cleaning agents, and has a strong bearing capacity to fuel, mineral oil, vegetable oil and animal fat and crude oil, intolerant to concentrated organic or inorganic acid/base solution or solvent ;

∎Typical Applications
●Used in automobiles, buses, elevators, ships, containers, tunnels, rail transit, waterproof dams, nuclear power plants, airport runways, houses, elevated, anti-smashing walls, etc., suitable for high-strength structural bonding and sealing. Suitable substrates include aluminum-plastic panels, marble, wood, concrete, PVC injection molded parts, glass, fiberglass, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys (including painted).
 
 
Attention of operation
- The temperature is lower than 10 °C or the dispensing speed is less than the process requirement, the adhesive is recommended to be baked in an oven at 40 ° C ~ 60 ° C for 1 h ~ 3 h.
- When the bonding parts are heavy, apply the auxiliary tools (tape, positioning block, bandage, etc.) after the sizing installation.
- The best construction environment: temperature 15 ° C ~ 30 ° C, relative humidity 40% ~ 65% RH.
- In order to ensure a good adhesive sealing effect and compatibility of the product with the substrate, the actual substrate should be tested in the corresponding environment in advance.Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and eye/face Protection. After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately
