PU1635 Urethane Adhesive Sealant for Auto/Car /Bus Glass for direct glazing
 
●PU1635 is a Primerless, Odorless one- component direct glazing adhesive. It is easy to apply with a manual or automatic gun and cures with atmospheric moisture. PU1636 provides a proper tack-free time and ensures a safe strength after curing even under cold temperature.

●PU1635 is suitable for direct-glazing applications in the Automotive Glass Replacement business.
 
● This product is to be used by professional experienced users only. If this product is used for other applications than Automotive Glass Replacement, test with current substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
∎Curing DegreeGraph
●PU1635 cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture. The curing speed lower at lower humidity or lower temperature.
 
∎Chemical Resistance
●PU1635 is excellent resistant to fresh water, saltwater, sewage water and acids.
●Temporarily resistant to fuels, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats and oils.
●Not resistant to organic acids and caustic solutions or solvents.

∎Direction for use
● Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
● Application environment temperature 5~35℃, humidity 50~70%RH. When the temperature below 5℃, recommended place products in the environment of 30~40℃ for 1H (No more than 3H).
● For Construction method, please refer to MAXTECH construction description or consult technical personnel.
● For required modification, use scraper / rigid foam /soap-water to smooth.
● Activator and primer are not required.
 
∎Cautions
● Keep away from children.
● Avoid contacting with skin and eyes. For skin contact, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contact, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician.
